Privacy Policy

The short version: TWELVE sells premium scrubs at twelvescrubs.com. We collect the email you give us for our list, the information needed to fulfill an order when you buy, and standard analytics about how the site is used. We don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Email list: the email address you submit, plus the signup source and timestamp.
• Orders: when you buy, checkout is handled by Shopify, which collects the name, shipping and billing address, and payment details needed to fulfill your order. We never see or store full payment card numbers.
• Site activity: standard analytics and advertising measurement, including through the Meta Pixel — such as pages viewed, products viewed, items added to cart, and checkouts started. This helps us understand what's working and measure our ads.

How we use it

To send you product news and early access, to fulfill and support your orders, and to measure and improve our site and advertising. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone for their own marketing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Who processes it

Our email list runs on Brevo, our store and checkout run on Shopify, our site is served by Cloudflare, and we use Meta's advertising tools (including the Meta Pixel) to measure and deliver ads. Each processes your information on our behalf or as an independent controller under its own privacy commitments. Meta may use pixel data in line with its own data policy; you can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from email anytime, use your browser or device settings to limit tracking, and adjust ad preferences in your Meta account. Email [email protected] to access or delete your information.

How long we keep it

Email list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and support obligations. Email [email protected] and we'll help.

Children

TWELVE is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We'll update this page and the effective date whenever this policy changes.
