Privacy Policy

The short version: right now, TWELVE is a waitlist. We collect exactly one thing — the email address you choose to give us — and we use it for exactly one purpose: telling you about TWELVE product drops and launch news.

What we collect

Your email address, when you submit it through our waitlist form, along with the signup source and timestamp. That's it. No accounts, no passwords, no payment details, no tracking pixels of our own.

How we use it

To send you early access to Drop 001 and occasional TWELVE updates. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone for their marketing. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.

Who processes it

Our waitlist runs on Brevo (an email platform) and our site is served by Cloudflare. Both process your information on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. Cloudflare may log standard technical data (like IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll remove you completely, usually within a few days.

Children

TWELVE is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

When TWELVE launches its store, this policy will grow to cover purchases — we'll update this page and the effective date when it does.
