Returns & Refunds

The short version: You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn TWELVE scrubs with the tags on for a refund. Start a return by emailing us and we'll send instructions.
Return window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.
Sale items & gift cards
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new size or color.
Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, so we can make it right.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, email [email protected].
