twelvescrubs.com (the "Site") is operated by TWELVE Scrubs ("TWELVE", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products & pricing

We try to display our products, colors, and prices as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee your screen shows colors exactly. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and quantities on a drop are limited. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders, including for pricing errors.

Orders & payment

Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. You're responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Shipping & returns

Shipping timelines and costs are described on our Shipping page, and returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The TWELVE name, logo, designs, photography, and site content are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
